Jay Auto Parts offers standard 90-day parts only warranty. All of our warranties do not cover labour or shipping unless otherwise stated in writing. All parts we sell must be installed by a shop with licensed mechanics.In order for warranty process to be started, diagnosis from shop must be submitted in writing. Parts found to be defective during the guarantee period will be replaced repaired of refunded at the sole discretion of Jay Auto Parts.
Jay Auto Parts is not responsible for labour charges, loss of time, inopportuneness, loss of the use of the vehicle, accommodation or other consequential damage.
It is the customers responsibility to check all parts and accessories prior to installation and pickup. We encourage whenever possible to replace with new oil seals on engines, transmissions, transfer cases, transaxles, and differentials. We do not guarantee oil leaks.
All electrical parts are final sale and no refunds will be provided. Warranty only valid on non-commercial vehicles. All seal replacement are responsibility of the customer and are not covered under warranty. This includes transmission transfer case, axle assemblies, engines and transmissions. Any failure due to improper installation of the part(s) void the warranty.
All returned parts must be in original packaging and condition as was received and with invoice. (example: brake lines, modules, switches, actuators, trim, tie rods)
All parts shipped will be insured. Refusal of shipping insurance will result in all shipped items to be sold as-is with no refunds and is the customers responsibility. All freight charges are the customers responsibility unless under the discretion of Jay Auto Parts.
All special order parts such as body cuts and parts used for testing and diagnosing are non-returnable.
Returns must be within 30 days of invoice.
Any deposits on all item(s) must be paid in full within 30 days or will result in loss of deposit.
Restocking fee applies when the customer requests a part to be pulled/shipped in and doesn't pick up within the time allotted, restocking fee is up to 35% of the price of the part before tax or 35$ whichever value is greater.
